Ask anyone who has seen her perform, and the comments are the same:
Dynamic stage presence and a powerful, sensuous voice.

Philadelphia Daily News says she has "a voice that is startlingly rangy for such a little mama...waggling around the stage, throwing her long, brown hair every which way, leaping upward and outward..."

Variety says, "There is nothing dispassionate about the singing and illustrative movements of Denise Clemente...Slow numbers are deeply felt and poured out with touches of gold..."

National Press Syndicate says of her "impressive 'Big Apple' debut" that she is a "polished performer and audience pleaser..." with "expressive voice and hands to match."

The Camden Courier calls her "a young singer straight from the belt-'em-out leagues. Clemente has a powerful voice and is clearly in command of the stage."

Some of the songs on her latest CD were self-produced in Las Vegas, while others feature the songwriting and producing efforts of Grammy-award winning artist Steve Cropper, who produced four songs with her in Nashville, and Dove Award-winning songwriter Keith Brown.

She has also kept busy both here and abroad as the opening act for such luminaries as Bill Cosby, David Brenner, and Joan Rivers, and most recently with Don Rickles and Bob Newhart.

Denise is co-producing her own show in Las Vegas with master marionettist, Anthony Rais, called “High Strung Cabaret.” Along with a live band, Denise includes impersonations of stars such as Bette Midler, Judy Garland, Tina Turner & Shania Twain.
